Test Application Process

Test Entries will TENTATIVELY open FEBRUARY 14, 2026 to So MN CHAPTER MEMBERS ONLY.

Test Application Process
  1. Login to NAVHDA Website
  2. Select "Member Portal" from main menu list
  3. Select the "Test Entry Form" pushbutton on the left side of the window
  4. From Test Entry Form
    1. Select Dog​ from pull-down menu
    2. Select Test from pull-down menu​
      1. Type-in Handler information or select checkbox "Defauld handler to owner"
      2. Enter "Preferred Run Date"​
      3.  Select "Test Type" from list
    3. Press pushbutton "Generate Application" 
  5. Notify test chapter secretary that you've applied for the test​

So MN Chapter Test Refund Policy

​Test entry fees will only be refunded for medical reasons. 100% of the test entry fee will be refunded if a request is submitted, in writing, to the Test Secretary, accompanied by a verifying letter from a physician or veterinarian stating that the handler or dog should not participate in the test for medical reasons. Under no other cercumstances will any other refunds be made.

Any member under 19 years old that handles a dog in a NAVHDA sanctioned test is eligible for a 75% refund of their paid test entry fee.
