Note that Etna Creek is a state Aquatic Management Area. Only steel (non-toxic) shot is permitted on this site and you must have your Minnesota State Dog Training Permit with you. Dog training permits are issued by the club once membership your is paid. If you did not receive a state dog training permit report this to the site contact.

Directions to Etna (Tammel Springs) training site:
From Spring Valley, south on highway 63 about four miles to the Cherry Grove turnoff (CR14). Turn left (east) and go about four miles (cross bridge). Turn right (south) on county road 114. Go about 200 yards, the training site is on the right, down a field road that can be muddy at times.
